Equipment for the Definition of Dried Roasted Vegetables

  • 2 handfuls of dried zucchini
  • 2 handfuls of dried eggplants

  • tomato dried in 1 handful
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 spoons of tomato paste
  • Some chili peppers (if the pepper you throw is bitter, you can throw it compared to it)
  • Salt

Definition of Dried Roasted Vegetable Roasting

Wash and process all the utensils and boil for 25 minutes (until the bean softens). After boiling, strain the oil, onion, and tomato paste into a pressure cooker or a different pot.
