Definition of Sausage Menemen
First, chop all the ingredients. Take the butter / margarine into the pan and let it melt. Add the sausages to the pan after the butter / margarine has melted. If butter / margarine is low, you can add some olive oil. After lightly frying the sausages, add the onions you chopped finely. Add the peppers before the onions are very brown. Finally, put the tomatoes in the pan and close the lid and leave for a little more cooking. Break the eggs in a small bowl and beat the eggs neatly. Finally, add the spices to the eggs and whisk a little more. And pour this mixture into the pan. Mix well with a wooden spoon and cook for another 5 minutes. Then put it on your serving plate and decorate with parsley. Enjoy your meal in advance.
Note: If you want the eggs to cook too much, you can extend the cooking time. If you want a little watery, you can shorten the cooking time. So it is up to your taste.
