Equipment for the Definition of Pepper Fry with Yogurt
- Half a kilo of green pepper
- 200 gr. Yoghurt
- Liquid oil for frying
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chili peppers
Definition of Pepper Fry with Yogurt
We put our oil in the pan and wait for it to brown.
We throw the peppers into the browning oil with the stems and fry them.
We wait for the golden peppers to be put on a plate with a towel paper, to oil and cool.
We pour garlic yoghurt on the cooled peppers.
We decorate with chili peppers.
