  • 250 gr minced meat
  • 3 tablespoons infertility bulgur

  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt, chili peppers, isot, liquid oil.

Meatball Potato Definition Preparation

Minced meat, bulgur, eggs, half grated onion, grated garlic and chopped parsley are placed in a bowl and kneaded. Then add salt and spices and rest for 15 minutes. Round tiny shapes are given. Later, liquid oil is taken into a saucepan and the rolled meatballs are fried a little. It is placed on a plate and half an onion is left in a saucepan and chopped until it is pink and edible. Then diced peppers are added to the cube and the last is added to the diced potato and mixed. Grated tomatoes and boiled water are added to the top. After boiling a move, it is added to the meatballs and cooked for about 15 minutes. Our food is ready for service 🙂
