  • 6 cups of meatball bulgur
  • 2 cups lentils
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • Pepper
  • Chili peppers
  • Lemon salt
  • Cumin
  • Parsley
  • Liquid oil

Boil the lentils for 20 minutes. Throw meatballs and spices in a bowl. Pour the boiled lentils on it and cover it up. Finely chop the onions and fry in large quantities. Add the tomato paste to the roasted onions. Pour the sauce on top of the mortar and knead it until it matters. Throw finely chopped parsley, shape and serve. Bon Appetit 🙂
