Egg Potato Definition Preparation
Anyone living in residence while studying at the university will remember this meal. A typical student meal. It is very stylish for breakfast.
First, we peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. We put a little liquid oil in the pan and put the potatoes on top. The smaller the potatoes, the quicker they will cook. We add salt on top of it and cover it with a lid so that it is steamed. We open and mix once in a while. When the potatoes are cooked, the eggs are broken and cooked and seasoned.
