Equipment for the Definition of Pumpkin with Bechamel Sauce in the Oven

  • 1 kilo pumpkin
  • 1 tea glass of cheddar cheese

For bechamel sauce;

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Definition of Zucchini with Baked Bechamel

We chop the pumpkins in rings and boil them until they soften a little in hot water. We strain the boiled zucchinis juice and put it in my debt and add a little salt. We take the margarine in a pan and add the flour when it melts. When the smell of flour comes out, we add milk and whisk until lumps disappear. Add salt and pepper and boil for a minute or two. We prepare the béchamel sauce on the zucchini and add the cheddar cheese. We bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit.
