- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 eggs (set the number of eggs compared to the number of people)
- (I do not use the measure for spices, I decide the eye, but if you take 1 teaspoon as a measure, you can reduce and increase it to your taste.)
Baked Egg Spinach Definition Preparation
Let’s clean and chop the spinach. Let’s add liquid oil to the pan and fry the chopped onions. When the onions turn pink, let’s add the tomato paste and mix. Then put the spinach and roast it. Let’s mix it occasionally until spinach leaves itself. Let’s add the spices and mix them once more, then close the bottom of the pot. Let’s put spinach (I used the molds for rice) on the baking tray. Let’s break and bake the eggs on it. Cooking eggs will be sufficient.
