  • 4 leaves puff pastry

For pudding:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 1 tablespoon of rice flour
  • sugar close to 1 tea glass
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pack vanilla

Over:

  • Powdered sugar

Custard Crispy Puff Pastry Definition Made

We cut the square part of the puff pastry into 4 and lay it on a tray with greaseproof paper. It turns out 32 pieces. We bake in the previously heated 200-point oven until it turns slightly pink. On the one hand, we add all the ingredients, except vanilla, to the pot and then turn the stove under and cook the custard. After the custard is cooked, we add the vanilla, mix it and leave it to cool. Stir occasionally so that the crust does not hold. When the puff pastries are cooked, we leave them to cool. After cooling, we open the puff pastry in the middle and apply the custard and sprinkle with powdered sugar. BON APPETIT 🙂
