Equipment for the Definition of Crispy Potato Fries

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 4-5 pointed peppers
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

To fry:

  • 1 cup of liquid oil
  • Teflon pan

Potatoes are peeled and chopped for frying.
Peppers are separated and cut in half.
It is washed sufficiently and mixed with salt and paprika.
Liquid oil is added to the pan, a little heated, then potatoes are placed to cover only the bottom of the ceiling and pre-fried. (If you add a lot of potatoes to the pan, they will stick together and become soft.)
Then the peppers are fried just like in form.
Served as desired (ketchup).
