Chickpeas with Meat Yoghurt (Gaziantep Region)
- Boned / cubed lamb meat
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 potato
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon of liquid oil
- 2 tablespoons of mint
Chickpea Dessert with Meat Yogurt (Gaziantep Region) Definition
Soak chickpeas in the night before, boil and strain the next day.
Take the meat into the pot (I used boned lamb meat, you can use it with a flaky if you wish) Seal it on medium heat and cook the lid until it cooks water secretly. Add 1 tablespoon of liquid oil to the meat that has been drained and fry. Add enough boiling water and boil until the meats are tender. Add the diced potatoes to the softened meat, add the boiled chickpeas when the potatoes are cooked. Cook for 2-3 minutes. In a bowl, beat the yogurt, egg yolk and flour sufficiently, take the juice from the food and beautify again, beat and add to the food, cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the mint and add to the dish.
