Materials for Chicken Saute Egg Definition

  • Half chicken breast
  • 1 small length onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pepper (I put 3 tablespoons of winter menemen due to winter buttom)
  • Salt
  • Liquid oil
  • 3 eggs

Chop the chicken breast and onion into small cubes and pan with oil. If you will not use canned menemen, add the peppers and fry. Add the tomatoes. Cook until the water is released and collected, add the hengam salt and eggs to be lowered and serve. Bon Appetit.
