Equipment for the Definition of Cheese Salami Omelette

  • 4 eggs
  • 10 slices of hungarian salami
  • 1 small bowl of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper, thyme, cumin, paprika, powdered sweet pepper

Definition of Cheese Salami Omelette

Put the oil in the pan, heat it, whip the salami, beat the eggs in a deep bowl for five minutes. Put the salami, cheese, salt and spices and mix.
