Definition of Celery with Orange Sauce with Olive Oil

Peel the celery of your celery and rub it with lemon so that it does not darken, let’s cut it into cubes, but cut a little coarsely. Let’s cut the potato in celery size. You can cut the carrot according to your wish. I preferred to cut it round. We cut the onion into edible.

First, we roast onion and carrot in olive oil. When it is roasted, we throw celery and potatoes on it immediately. We roast for a few minutes and put enough water to pass over it. After cooking for 15 minutes in a secret form, we pour the orange juice and put the spices, sugar and cook it in 15 minutes. (If your orange is sweet, you won’t add sugar)
