We separate the cauliflower small and boil. Then we crush it with a fork. In another pot, we whisk milk, salt in a dessert spoon, whisk the egg. We mix it with cauliflower. We are slowly adding flour to the mixture. The size of the flour changes compared to the size of the cauliflower. We fry in hot oil.
