Equipment for the Definition of Cauliflower Chicken Rice

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Large tomatoes
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 Cups of Rice
  • 1 Cup of bulgur
  • Butter
  • of vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Water

For cauliflower:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • Spice (optional)
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Definition of Cauliflower Chicken Rice

We divide cauliflower into flowers and we boil. We pour the liquid oil into the rice pot. We add the rice and bulgur, add the butter and roast it a little. We throw the salt, give the water, close the mouth and cook on low heat. We add eggs, milk, spices, flour and salt for cauliflower fries. We mix the cauliflower sauce that we prepared so that it does not clump (Sauce should be Tahini). We find cauliflowers one by one in this sauce and fry in liquid oil. On the other hand, we straighten the chicken breast as a bird head, pour the liquid oil into a deep pan and start sautéing the chicken meat. We chop the garlic and throw it in and add the tomatoes. We throw the salt and spices close to the chicken cooking. We fill the cooked rice in the middle of the hole cake mold, where we wet it. We turn pilaf against the serving dish. We take out the container and we put cauliflower on the edges, we serve it by putting chicken in the sauté in the middle of the pilaf. (Bon Appetit)
