- 1 onion
- 150 grams of minced meat
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 kilo brussels sprouts
- 1 tea glass of liquid oil
Brussels Sprouts Definition Preparation
We cut the onions into cubes and roast them until they turn pink in liquid oil. After adding the minced meat and roasting a little more, we add the tomato paste. We thin the sauce with half a glass of water and add the Brussels cabbage. After roasting them all for 5 minutes, add water and salt until half of the cabbage and leave to cook.
