  • 6 medium eggs
  • A pinch of Parsley
  • 2 scallions
  • of paprika
  • Salt
  • Water to boil

Breakfast Egg Salad Definition Preparation

We put the eggs in the water until half and boil them for 5 minutes before cooking.
We trim the onion and parsley in small form. We peel the cooked eggs and cut them square. It can be cleaned more easily if it is peeled under cold water. Put the parsley and onions on it. We pour the salt and chili peppers and serve hot. Enjoy your meal 🙂
