  • 1 kilo cauliflower
  • 1 liter of water

Above:

  • 100 grams of cheddar cheese (grated)

For bechamel sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2, 5 cups milk
  • Black pepper (as per wish)

Definition of Cauliflower with Bechamel Sauce in the Oven

Cauliflowers are boiled so that the water is not too soft, butter is melted beforehand in a saucepan, then flour is added and roasted until it smells. Milk is added to it and mixed rapidly and salt and pepper is added. After the bechamel sauce mixture is prepared, the cauliflower boiled in a debt is lined and the bechamel sauce mixture we prepared is added and it is given to the previously heated 180 stage oven.
