  • 4 eggs
  • 6-7 slices of raw bacon
  • 2 pieces of green pepper (diced and chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • 1 Turkish coffee cup of water
  • 1 Teaspoon salt, pepper, thyme, cumin, pulbiber, powdered sweet pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter and liquid oil

Definition of Omelet with Bacon and Vegetables

First, put the oil in the pan, add the bacon we cut in two, cook for two or three minutes on low heat, add the pepper and tomatoes, cook for two or three minutes, melt the tomato paste with water, salt, season the spices and mix them, cook them on the pan for two or three minutes. Let it cook over low heat for 6-7 minutes, then turn the opposite side with the lid of the pot and cook the other side, take it on the serving plate, let’s serve hot.

Note: if big length is in a frying pan it would be fine if done fine
