Materials for the Definition of Artichoke with Olive Oil

  • 5 artichokes
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 cup of peas canned or boiled
  • 1 pinch of dill (optional)
  • 1/2 (half) lemon juice
  • 5 cubes of sugar
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil

Definition of Artichoke with Olive Oil

Wash the artichokes and put them in the pot, put a cube of sugar in them and add half the water to the artichokes. When it starts to boil, carrots, potatoes and onions, which we cut into small cubes, are placed in the empty parts of the pot and peas are added close to lowering. It is cooked for 25-30 minutes (you can control the cooking of vegetables). When cooked, add olive oil, salt and lemon and cover it. Artichokes are taken into the service container, you can put the garnish in the pan, if you wish, you can finely chop the dill and add it. Bon Appetit.
