  • 4 peeled fresh artichokes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • 1 cup of water

Artichoke (Liver Friendly) Definition Made with Delicious Olive Oil

Chop the potatoes and carrots into cubes, and boil them in a boiling water so that they remain lightly alive. Cook 1/4 tea glass of olive oil and diced onion in a frying pan until light pink. Add the garnish you prepared on, mix and cook lightly. Fill the artichokes that you rub with lemon with garnish and take it to the pot. Add the water and add salt and half a glass of olive oil.
