Tools for Stuffing Peppers

  • 8 large peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 is this. B. Rice
  • 1 handful of minced meat (measure is different but let’s manage) :))
  • parsley
  • salt
  • mint
  • of paprika

Al Pepper Stuffed Definition Definition

We wash and drain the rice, add a deep bowl of rice, minced meat, finely chopped tomato onion and parsley and blend with the spices. We knead to kill in our hands to knead the cigkofte, fill the peppers we wash (do not fill too much rice swells and have a raw taste) in the pot. In a bowl we melt with a tablespoon of tomato paste, a teaspoon of pepper paste, salt, hot water and pour it over the peppers, we fill with water until the peppers pass over. When it boils, we cut the gold and cook on low heat until the rice is cooked. Bon Appetit.
